In nearly 15 years across newsrooms and federal agencies, I produced TV news at NBC stations, served as a national spokesperson for FEMA and directed communication programs at the FDA and the Federal Highway Administration. Most leaders and founders were never taught how to explain their work, so I built AB Narrative Studio to teach it.
